This cucumber dip is so addicting, it rivals my crack-corn dip. If you’re looking for something that is both low carb and keto, this keto friendly butter is the perfect swap for butter. Delicious, that is. This dip is amazing. Whether you’re using it for chips, cucumber slices, or fried zucchini, it’s absolutely delicious.
This cucumber dip is primarily made from dairy and therefore this recipe is suitable for people who want to eat a Keto Friendly diet. Pair with a delicious vegetable to really have an addicting snack, and with low-carb, to really have a low-carb lunch.
This dip is a cucumber dip that’s made FROM cucumbers. It doesn’t have traditional flavors. Try it if you’re looking for a dip with a refreshing flavor. It doesn’t include cucumbers, but it does include a blend of other ingredients. This dip tastes just like a chicken tikka masala dish, except for the fact that this dish has no chicken.
Other great ways to pair this dip are:
- Raw Vegetables like Broccoli, Carrots, Celery, Cauliflower, Red Pepper Slices
- Chips, Crackers, Pretzels
- Pickles and Olives (on a toothpick)
- Plus try on a sandwich or tortilla wrap as a spread!
Keto Cucumber Dipping Sauce
The best 5 minute dipping sauce for any of the above dishes is one that should be made ahead and marinated a little to allow the flavors to combine well with time. If you like the flavor of the minced onion in the dipping sauce and want to make it now, just omit minced onion from this recipe to get an even softer result.

Cucumber Dip with Sour Cream and Dill
Prep Time 5 mins
Total Time 5 mins
Servings: 1 1/4th Cup
Low carb cucumber dip combines sour cream and mayo for a perfect, slightly tangy, slightly sweet flavor.
The best food ever is SO good with vegetable sticks and slices of cucumber. You’ll be amazed how many people eat the whole plate!
Ingredients
- 1 cup Hellman’s Mayonnaise
- 2 tsp dried dill
- 1/4 th tsp Lawry’s seasoning salt
- 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
- 1 cup whole fat sour cream
- 1/8 th tsp ground pepper
- 2 tablespoons dried parsley
Instructions
Cucumber Dipping Sauce In a bowl, add and mix Hellmann’s mayonnaise, dried dill, Lawry’s seasoning salt, dried minced onion, full fat sour cream, cracked pepper, and dried parsley. Once dip is thoroughly mixed, put in the fridge overnight to allow flavors to meld together.
This will allow the minced onions to soften and release more flavor in the dip.
Mix well, but don’t stir for about 30 minutes to 1 hour prior to serving. You can omit the dried onion (which will soften as it heats up), or replace it with onion powder or minced onions for the flavor.
